ACCESS FOR EVERYONE

Accessibility Statement

Secure-Ride Colorado is committed to making our website welcoming and usable for people with disabilities.

Last updated: October 8, 2026

Our commitment

As a Colorado non-emergency medical transportation company, we believe access to information is an important part of connecting people to the care they need. We are committed to aligning our website with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and to improving accessibility as our website develops.

Our accessibility work includes meaningful image alternatives, descriptive links, keyboard-accessible navigation, visible focus indicators, and readable text contrast. WCAG 2.1 Level AA is our target standard. A comprehensive accessibility evaluation has not yet been completed, and we do not claim that every part of the website fully conforms at this time.

Booking through the official MediDrive portal

Our Medicaid booking links route directly to the official MediDrive Member Portal at member.medidrive.comOpens in a new window or tab . The portal is operated by MediDrive, independently of Secure-Ride Colorado. Its accessibility and booking processes are managed by MediDrive.

If you encounter difficulty using the portal, call us for help identifying the appropriate booking contact. Health First Colorado ride eligibility, authorization, and provider assignment remain subject to the broker’s process.
